build profitable businesses.
Judy has been recognized for many industry achievements, which include,
Realtor of the Year, Professional Achiever of the Year, The Swanspoel Top 25
Most Influential Women in Real Estate Leadership, Special Achievement
award for her contribution to the industry, and most recently at the 2022 NAR
meetings, Judy was presented with the Prestigious On the Shoulders of Giants
Award by RIS Media. An award given to the individual who has had a positive
impact on the highest numbers of professionals in the industry.
The past few years have created some challenges for Brokers, but 2024 is
presenting some new opportunities for those who are willing to do what it
takes to attract the best agents into their office, and to retain those agents.
Technology is evolving at a record pace, providing support for Brokers and
agents at a level that has never been possible, making it easier than ever for an
agent to be successful. Marketing has also evolved, and those who embrace
those changes will soar above the others. Brokers that embrace the new way
of building relationships and attracting agents to their firm, will be the leaders
in the recruiting arena.
2024 is the Year of the Pro. It will be the year when the pros lead the industry.
