I have an interesting story to tell you about how I am using the GMA. Last week the NAR and A.M.P.I (National Association of Realtors of Mexico), signed a cooperation agreement to standardize commercial practices between both countries and facilitate the globalization of the Real Estate industry. The event was with the President of Mexico Vicente Fox, the President of AMPI, the NAR president and the CIPS, CCIM, leaders like Steve Price, etc. Besides that, the Top producers agents in Mexico, The biggest developers in that country and real estate agents from all over US. I was the only one representing the GMA and even the president of AMPI was amazed with the concept. I'm in the process to send the international exclusive listing agreements to about 10 developers in different areas in Mexico. Specially ex-pats communities like San Miguel de Allende, Cancun, Baja California and other projects in the "Escalera Nautica." Mexico is doing a great effort to attract Canadian an American Investors. The GMA Concept generate for me a lot more interest and leads than the CIPS, TRC, International MBA, etc., that I was using to attract business. I offer our Mexican colleagues also to keep their clients for life despite they'll invest anywhere in the world if they do this trough us and I am preparing a marketing campaign to promote in different media for Realtors, this concept; that way I can get their international referrals and make this a win win for all of us. I will also love to know how can I explain a little bit better the House Hunters web page and I'll be calling to get some guidance on how to develop the marketing campaign for them and how to contact agents in the market areas of interest for my clients.
